Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Solution
£50k – £60k + Comms (£100k OTE)
The company are an early stage business that offers a truly outstanding initiative focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility.
Lead by an inspirational CEO, they have developed an innovative solution which is set to really take off, enabling small , medium and Enterprise businesses to really demonstrate their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.
They are now ready to build their sales function and are looking to appoint their first dedicated sales hire to the business.
This really is a blank sheet of paper and will require a Sales Manager who is not only willing, but able to build from the ground up, working on GTM strategy and executing a structured sales plan.
There are already some well known brand names on board, so you will have some good stories to tell and you will also be able to take advantage of marketing support, but you will not have any sales related support, such as an SDR function in the early stages and will need to manage all prospecting yourself.
Skills and Experience
- A background in software (SaaS) solution sales with experience in selling directly into Corporate businesses at a Senior level.
- Experience working in a start-up environment, taking a new proposition to market with little or no dedicated support.
- Able to work remotely, managing time effectively.
- Any exposure to, or understanding of, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives would be ideal but not essential.
The position is a Home Based role with meet ups once or twice per month and you can be located anywhere in the UK.
