Channel / Partner Manager

The company are a leading provider of Contact Centre / CX solutions and are currently looking to appoint an experienced Partner / Channel Manager to create and build a results-driven revenue stream through a partner channel for their suite of products.
This is very much a new business role and, although a number of relationships do exist, it is likely to be very much a standing start and an opportunity to develop your own channel partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities include
- Research, identify and develop the channel for the product portfolio.
- Understand competitor placement within key partners and execute a strategy to engage and overcome the competition.
- Provide subject matter expertise to partners and the wider business
- Develop the company brand as a key player for channel partners
- Meet, ideally exceed, revenue targets through new and existing partners.
- Define the profile for successful partnerships
- Build partner recruitment pipeline that is aligned to the agreed profile
- Expand relationships and visibility within the existing partners by managing at all levels, from C-Level through to their sales and delivery teams
- Develop and gain Partner’s agreement on the joint business plan
- Manage the on-boarding process, working with the Partner Success Manager
- Support the direct sales team as appropriate to manage their sales cycle
- Ensure the Sales Management System is kept up to date with all relevant partner details
The role requires an experienced Partner/ Channel sales manager, able to build key relationships at a senior level and increase visibility within key partners.
In addition:
- Key experience in the Contact Centre / Customer Experience (CX) solutions space
- An understanding an experience on managing channel partners within the contact centre world.
- Working in complex sales environment within Contact Centre SaaS technology
- Experience in Intelligent Automation Solutions such as:
- Business Process Management
- RPA
- Business Intelligence
- AI
- Chatbots
