As Head of Sales you will be the first sales hire for this start up Proptech solution provider, who provide an innovative end to end solution that supports landlords, ensuring they are able to fully optimise their property investments.
Joining a highly experienced management team and backed by a leading investment company, you will be responsible for taking the product to market, starting on the ground floor and having a significant influence on the success and development of a start-up.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and prospecting large landlords in order to introduce the solution and secure interest.
- Driving all pitches from the front, developing and presenting slide decks, proposals and finalising contracts.
- Presenting at industry specific events
- Collaborating on the overall sales and marketing strategy
- Opportunity to build a sales team
Skills and Experience:
- It is essential that you have a background in the property industry, ideally with experience in selling PropTech (SaaS) solutions.
- Experience of building a sales pipeline from scratch, identifying prospects and moving them through the sales funnel.
- Ideally some experience of working in an early stage business
As Head of Sales, you will be required to work full time from home and will have a UK wide remit.
