Established over 8 years ago, the company are a workforce management solution provider, who have recently diversified their offering into a pioneering end to end SaaS solution that is disrupting their marketplace.
The company are in scale up mode and, having recently established a high performing team of SDR’s/BDR’s, are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive to turn appointments into deals.
As an inaugural Account Executive in the Sales team , you will be able to take advantage of the great work currently being done by the inbound and outbound sales and marketing teams and will see plenty of opportunity for career progression as the company scales in line with their ambitious growth plans.
You will, of course, be expected to work on your own prospecting, but it is expected that at least 75% of your business is likely to come from leads generated for you.
Typical prospects will range from mid-market organisations through to larger Enterprise businesses and you will be selling into HR leaders.

Skills and Experience
- You will be able to offer 2+ years experience in SaaS sales, having worked the full sales lifecycle.
- Ideally you will have either worked selling an HR or Legal SaaS solution, or have a background in HR or Legal, with some experience in compliance.
