The company provide an innovative WM solution, used by over 1000 customers and are a very agile business who help their clients improve productivity and manage their project costs efficiently.
Their business has solid inbound activity through SEO and PPC, which is currently outsourced, but is now looking to bring the Marketing in house and focus on a wider marketing strategy for growth.
This is the first dedicated Marketing hire for the business, so as Marketing Manager, you will effectively be the Head of Marketing, with responsibility for co-ordinating the company’s marketing activity and creating your own holistic plan for growth.
As Marketing Manager, you will have responsibility for
- Developing the product positioning
- Implementing a strategy to increase site traffic and improve the client journey and conversion rate
- Building and managing social media and email campaigns
- Reviewing prospective events and collaborations
- Developing strong case studies and content with existing clients
- Managing the marketing budget and measuring success
This will very much be a ‘hands on’ role in the early stages and you will need to create your own engaging content, but there is an expectation to scale the marketing team in line with the growth of the business.
As Marketing Manager you will bring a number of year’s experience creating and delivering channel specific strategic plans within a B2B software (SaaS) business and experience in Google Analytics and SEO monitoring tools.
In addition you are able to optimise customer journeys, both on and off line, managing 3rd party providers and managing social media presence and email campaigns.
The role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated by the idea of establishing a high performing Marketing function from the ground up, with a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to bring new and fresh ideas to the table.
The company has modern offices in London, but you are welcome to split your time between home and office to suit your needs.
