We are heavily embedded in the tech (SaaS) industry and support early stage and high growth companies as they look to scale.
We are not new to this either, established in 2008 we are now one of the most recognised organisations in our space and have built long term relationships with countless tech business since our inception.

As we continue to deliver traditional recruitment services to our clients, we also strive to innovate and have developed a hiring platform that really challenges the traditional mindset around recruitment adopted by so many organisations. Users of the platform are seeing improvements in hiring performance and quality as a result. On top of this we are also developing a new solution unseen in the job seeker market, which we hope to roll out later this year.
As a Business Development Representative, your role will focus on the client side of the business, with responsibility for identifying and engaging with new prospects for our hiring solutions, including both our Platform and traditional Search offerings.
Working closely with the 2 founders, you will be proactively targeting start-up, early stage and high growth tech businesses in the UK and US, introducing our solutions, booking meetings and arranging demos.
A typical day might see you..
- Mapping the market for prospective clients and identifying decision makers
- Building your network of Senior Leaders in the tech space
- Chatting with amazing start-ups and building rapport with founders
- Developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns
- Arranging meetings and follow ups
- Organising events and webinars
You will be given access to a number of tools to make your job easier and, of course, we will give you as much training as you need.
What about you ?.
You don’t need to have any recruitment experience, we can teach you everything you need to know to be successful.
If you can offer some B2B sales experience in a commercial environment, are well organised, driven and like a challenge, then we want to hear from you.
Although we have been around for some time, with our new solutions this really will have a start-up feel to it, so we really want people in the business who are in for the long run and are happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
We are based in Milton Keynes and we will be looking to get back to the office, so you will need to be fairly local, but we are happy to offer flexible working so you can mix up your week at home and in the office.
