Customer Success Manager
Medical Technology Solutions (MedTech)
Cambridge / Hybrid (2 days per week ideally in office)
£50k – £70k + bens + stock options
The company are an early-stage SaaS business operating the Medtech space, providing an AI solution that is set to transform the sector.
As they continue to scale their operations, they are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Success Manager to establish the function in the business.
As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and technical onboarding of new customers for the business – cross communicating with all groups of the company to deliver contracts and projects quickly, efficiently and accurately within a secure data and compliance environment. Driving company business and growth by managing projects with internal and external senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities as CSM include:
- Manage multiple stages of end to end service of contracts, onboarding of clients/customer
- Organise and manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Work with a CRM and Customer Portal to organise new client’s complicated document workflow
- Communicate, collaborate and liaise with company operations; sales; finance, legal, data, compliance
- Deliver contracts and projects with highly regulated signatures and official documentation
- Provide insights on improving processes and operations to continually achieve greater Customer satisfaction
As Customer Success Manager, you will pay a pivotal role in establishing and executing the the organisation’s new success strategy program.
In terms of experience, Ideally will be able to demonstrate the following
- Project Management experience (working with customers, clients) in a fast-paced software company, ideally in the medical, healthcare or AI space.
- Previous role working with senior stakeholders in a regulated environment
- Organised and systematic individual who can work quickly, efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of how to work Hubspot CRM
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with very high drive and determination to improve customer success performance at every level
- Follow company values to achieve business goals
- A team player able to work well with the technical development team to prioritise projects and accelerate time to market for new releases.
