Specialist hiring for VP Sales, Sales Director and Head of Sales appointments across the UK & EMEA
Senior Sales Hiring Isn't Just Recruitment
A VP Sales, Sales Director or Head of Sales appointment is one of the most consequential hires a B2B software business will make. The wrong leader can cost 12-18 months of growth. The right one transforms the trajectory of the company.
These hires don't fail because there aren't good candidates in the market. They fail because the role wasn't defined correctly, the wrong profile was targeted, or the leader was placed into an environment that wasn't set up for them to succeed.
That's what gets fixed before the search begins.
A Different Approach to Senior Sales Hiring

What does success look like after 12 months? Is the business hiring a Builder, Operator or Leader? Is the compensation credible in the market?
These questions are answered before the first candidate is approached.

A quality led shortlist rather than CV volume.

About Jon Eyers
17 years specialising in B2B software sales hiring across the UK, Europe and the US. Founder of Harvey Thomas and Sales Hiring Expert.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time. That's deliberate. You get my full attention, my full expertise and a search process built around your specific commercial situation, not a database search and a shortlist.
If you're making a critical sales leadership appointment, I'd welcome a conversation.
