As we continue to deliver traditional recruitment services to our clients, we also strive to innovate and have developed a hiring platform that really challenges the traditional mindset around recruitment adopted by so many organisations. As we look to scale our business, we need to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take on responsibility for establishing and scaling our candidate side operation.
The ability to attract, engage and secure the highest performing talent in our industry, is pivotal to the success of our hiring solutions and our clients depend on us to secure their business critical hires.
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for creating the vision and strategy for candidate attraction and service, ensuring that the best processes are adopted and continuing to raise awareness of HT in the market.
Working closely with the Founders, you will engage with Mid-Senior level professionals in the tech space across Sales, Customer Success and Account Management, introducing them to targeted opportunities with our clients or sharing the benefits of our unique hiring platform.
You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new and innovative talent attraction techniques and technology that will benefit the business, whilst reviewing our CRM/ATS tools and making any necessary changes if necessary.
Working closely with our Marketing Director, you will also help to establish an effective candidate marketing strategy to ensure we are also attracting inbound interest from candidates into the business.
What about you ?.
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, having ideally worked in the tech space, or have worked Agency side delivering into the tech space.
Any experience recruiting Mid-Senior level Sales or associated hires is ideal.
You are well organised, comfortable working remotely and are able to source experienced hires in a competitive market place.
