The company are a high-growth technology company, who over the past 7 years has grown into a self-sustaining, profitable business serving businesses around the world with their API technology.
Their success is intrinsically linked to the success of their customers. This focus on success has to start even before an organisation becomes a customer. As an infrastructure provider, their prospective customers have to be completely confident that they can deliver the service they are going to come to rely on as a core part of their offering.

As a Technical Success Manager, you will work with both customers and prospective customers, treating them equally. The relationships you will build will be with managers and leaders in both Product and Engineering functions.
You will support them designing and implementing integrations that will drive success in their products. Identify success metrics, share best practice, help them navigate the documentation and the capabilities that best serve their goals.
Where additional help is required, you will coordinate with your colleagues to provide the support and assistance needed. This can be engineers to work through detailed integration requirements; our compliance team to work through security and privacy questions; or the CEO to engage on a more strategic opportunity.
The company works with customers around the world so some flexibility around working hours to cope with time zone overlaps is necessary.

You will be fully supported when making deliberate, holistically driven decisions that benefit all parties.
The product is technical, so you will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of API technologies and their implementation. This may be directly in a success role for another API product or through your own personal project work.
Clear and focused written and verbal communication is crucial to being successful both in the business, as well as in this role specifically.
They business is happy to support a predominantly remote, office based or a hybrid working model. They do really value face to face time and, under normal circumstances, encourage teams to spend regular time together either at our Head office or other suitable location.
