A little bit about us
We are HT, a specialist recruitment business operating in the high growth tech market. We have been around for a while and have built a pretty decent profile in our space.
All of our clients are software businesses (SaaS) and we only work with the coolest start ups and early stage companies that are providing the most innovative and game changing solutions.
Some of our customers are only a few people strong and we are helping them scale their operations, some are international and we are helping them launch in the UK and others are more established and have worked with us for years.
We are really well known in our market and have a great reputation.
What are we looking for
In 2020, we really want to look at growing our business, the industry we support isn’t showing any signs of slowing down and we want to be able to help more people find great roles.
As you might expect, all of our customers want to hire the best talent and it is our job to identify, engage and secure that talent.
To do that we need to approach a more passive network of potential candidates and engage effectively and credibly with them.
As Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing the best talent for our clients, through targeting specific individuals that meet the strict criteria set by the customers.
You will be working with senior level candidates, so you will need a professional and credible approach, providing key details of the opportunity in order to gain initial interest and to open a dialogue.
Following this, you will have a detailed conversation with the candidate, providing a breakdown of the opportunity, whilst fully qualifying the individual’s skills and experience against the customer brief.
In addition to headhunting specific candidates, you will also be able to develop an inbound talent acquisition strategy in order to attract high level candidates to our organisation. This will include providing relevant marketing content across our website and social channels, as well as any other approaches agreed.
A little about you
At the moment we are really looking for someone that can offer some experience in a similar role in the recruitment industry.
We are looking for an individual who can pro-actively research and approach specific individuals for key roles, rather than someone who tends to rely on job advert responses.
You will be dealing with fairly Senior people, so professionalism and credibility are key. The market is very competitive and to attract the top talent you will need to be able to stand out from the crowd.
We are growing, but at the moment we are not very big, so you will need to be prepared to join a small business where you will need to just roll your sleeves up and get on with it, with limited supervision.
Ideally you will be based fairly close to Milton Keynes, however we are happy to look at someone who would like more flexibility and opportunity for home working. We are quite open to all options.
The role will be part-time initially and we are happy to be flexible as we can around the agreed hours, to suit the successful applicant.
