This is a really exciting time to be joining the sales team and the company are now looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional to drive, create and measure scalable Sales Enablement and Training programs that contribute to the performance and accelerated growth of the sales team.
Your Goal
- Own the Commercial Teams’ Sales training programs ensuring constant development and coaching through all aspects of the sales process.
- Responsibility for the development of a robust Sales competency framework that services the needs of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that selling teams are measured against the framework and tailored training plans are implemented
- Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participate in the development of requirements for sales support systems, Sales Force, Sales Loft, Zoom info and Linkedin Sales Nav etc
- Measure the impact of Enablement solutions and pivot (or continue) based on results
- Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, financing and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey
Your Experinece
- Key Sales Enablement experience, ideally in a global fast-growing, B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up
- Proven success in coaching and training facilitation design and delivery
- Excellent project management skills
- High degree of ownership to execute programs that result in improved sales performance
- A creative solutions provider, who enjoys a high pace environment that continuously challenges you
- Experience with the implementation and optimisation of modern sales tech stack
- Strong communication skills to present complex information in a format appropriate to the audience
- Self-starter and proactive, can take own initiative and is comfortable scoping, driving and executing on initiatives
