Sales Development Manager (SaaS)

They are award winning, fast growing and hugely successful and looking to hire a Sales Development Manager to manage and develop a small team of SDR’s.
The role:
- Manage a team of 6 outbound SDR’s
- Provide day to day coaching & professional development, including weekly 1:1 meetings, weekly shadow sessions, and routine co-selling
- Understand the nuances between verticals within ideal customer profile segments
- Work closely with Sales Directors to ensure the most effective targeting of the BDR team.
- Lead weekly team meetings & call coaching sessions, prioritising objectives for your team.
- Continue to grow the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new BDRs
- Drive strategic initiatives across BDR to increase profit contribution
- Optimize the BDR program across all KPIs and deliver ROI
- Track and communicate weekly goals to the team, to drive consistent performance week after week
You will ideally be able to work at least 2 – 3 days per week in the London office
Skills and Experience
- Ideally you will either be involved in selling API solutions and interested in an SDR Leadership role OR you are currently a Team Leader / Manager of an SDR/BDR team, working for a SaaS business (Does not have to be API tech)
- You are comfortable managing and developing a fairly in-experienced team, enabling success.
- You are highly motivated and results driven and have the ability and hunger to step in as a player-coach on a daily basis.
