Regional Sales Manager – SaaS
Customer Experience (CX)
£70k – £80k + Double OTE
The company are an early stage SaaS business operating in the Customer Experience space, supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise organisations globally.
The business is looking to expand their UK operation with the appointment of a Sales Manager to focus on mid-market customers in the UK.
You will be working closely with the Head of Sales and will have some support from Marketing and SDR activity, but you must also be prepared to generate your own leads and develop prospects.
In addition., there are some existing relationships that you will be able to capitalise on, so you will not be starting from cold.
You will need a background in B2B SaaS Sales with experience selling Customer Experience / Customer Service Tech and comfortable working in a reasonably complex sales cycle, which is likely to involve stakeholders across a number of departments, including IT.
In addition, you will ideally need to demonstrate some experience working in a Start-up /Early stage environment and understand the challenges that can be associated with this.
