Harvey Thomas is a specialist Recruitment Consultancy, dedicated to working with and supporting leading International Software Vendors on the development and growth of their operations across the UK and EMEA.
Working exclusively in the software space, our experienced and dedicated team deliver exceptional talent to an impressive client portfolio consisting of some of the most innovative and industry disrupting Vendors, across a variety of sectors, including Mobile, MarTech, BPM, Cybersecurity, AdTech and HCM.
Our focus is on Mid-Senior level hires, often negotiating six figure packages and our candidate network is predominantly made up of industry professionals within Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services
Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for delivery in to our key accounts, providing a shortlist of fully qualified candidates for each position, arranging interviews and securing commitment.
This will require you to identify, engage and secure market leading professionals in the software industry, through pro-active identification and headhunting, combined with a highly consultative and professional approach to client and candidate management.
As your experience grows, combined with your knowledge and understanding of the specific accounts you are working on, it is expected that you will play a more pivotal role in their management and development, with a view to becoming the main point of contact in an Account Management capacity.
Most of our assignments are at a fairly experienced and senior level and with that in mind we are seeking an individual who is confident and comfortable liaising with clients and candidates up to VP level both in the UK and Internationally.
You will need excellent communication skills, a highly professional manner and required to be extremely well organised. You are also highly ambitious, with a positive and can do attitude and an engaging manner.
You may well be in an account delivery or resourcer role currently in a recruitment business, or in a new business 360 role, but prefer a more delivery focused position
Alternatively, you may be currently employed in a B2B Account focused role in an alternative industry , or even in the software industry and interested in a change.
