£80K Double Uncapped £160K OTE + £7.5k Car allowance + Health and Dental + Options

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced driven Channel Director to shape, manage and develop the EMEA Channel. With 100% channel focus they are looking to recruit a UK Channel Director to manage and build out the strategy for the EMEA region

The candidate must be a highly ambitious and an energetic leader, must have proven experience of planning and delivering on Channel strategy from the ground up. Building out successful EMEA or Global channel teams and being highly effective in supporting other business functions and leaders. You must articulate, personable, agile and quick to learn. This is a fast-moving environment with huge growth plans over coming months and years. Importantly this individual must be inspired by growth and have a history of dealing with whole channel end to end experience with both Distributors and Resellers, also having experience with SI’s and MSP’s would be preferred but not an absolute requirement


  • Manage and lead and build the Channel team across the region
  • Be a key executive sponsor across the UK’s channel partners
  • Build a Partner Management framework in line with growth plans for the region
  • Drive partner revenue streams and lead generation delivering incentives and campaigns through the channel
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, you will own the channel number for the region
  • Build and deliver the go to market development and execution, including sales, marketing, technical, enablement
  • Identify key partner recruitment targets
  • Achieve against a set of pre-agreed sales targets and KPI’s on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Be responsible for executive level relationships and attend quarterly business reviews
  • You are a key part of the senior management team and will be expected to be instrumental in the companies continued success building and driving the channel business in line with the company’s growth plans for the region


  • Must have Cybersecurity Vendor channel experience
  • Experience of direct sales preferable
  • Minimum 5 years plus senior Channel management
  • Have proven success in building successful channel teams
