A little bit about us
We are HT, a specialist recruitment business operating in the high growth tech market. We have been around for a while and have built a pretty decent profile in our market.
All of our clients are software businesses and we only work with the coolest start ups and early stage companies that are providing the most innovative and game changing solutions.
Some of our customers are only a few people strong and we are helping them scale their operations, some are international and we are helping them launch in the UK and others are more established and have worked with us for years.
We are really well known in our market and have a great reputation.
What are we looking for
In 2020, we really want to look at growing our business, the industry we support isn’t showing any signs of slowing down and we want to be able to help more people find great roles.
To do that we need to start talking to more prospective customers and we want someone to join us, to help us do that.
Working closely with our Founder, you will be responsible for prospecting early stage, high growth tech businesses, introducing our proposition and securing appointments to be followed up either face to face or over the telephone, by our Founder.
You will build a detailed prospect lost and target key decision makers in those organisations, utilising a variety of tools and marketing techniques, identifying pain points and presenting our solution.
You will have access to a dedicated CRM system, which will need to be regularly updated, as well as other supporting software, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot. Training will be given
In addition, you will be able to attend conferences, exhibitions and meetups, as well as organising any events you feel would support your role.
A little about you
Recruitment is not easy, but if you do the basics right it can be very rewarding. We are therefore looking for someone who is well organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage themselves effectively.
We are growing, but at the moment we are not very big, so you will need to be prepared to join a small business where you will need to just roll your sleeves up and get on with it.
You will need to be tenacious and not give up, it can sometimes take a while to get hold of people, but we have a great solution and you will have a great story to tell when you do.
You might have some sales experience, but we are more interested in your natural talent rather than what has been tought before and there is so much more to this role than just being a sales person.
