£60k – £80k + Double OTE + Bens
The company are a high-growth technology company, who over the past 7 years has grown into a self-sustaining, profitable business serving businesses around the world with their scheduling solution.. They are truly international, with over half of their customers in the US with the remainder across EMEA and APAC.
Their success to date has been driven by providing the underlying technology powering scheduling in SaaS applications. They are now working with enterprises directly, helping them address scheduling challenges at function level in recruiting, support and service as well as organisation wide.
As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for generating and closing new business. You will be supported in this by Customer Success, Engineering and the CEO.
Success in this role will be driven by your ability to develop and deliver outbound sales strategies and plans focused on outbound prospects calls and the follow up of inbound leads as you build a qualified pipeline and nurture opportunities in pursuit of new business targets.
Progress will be tracked by sales metrics and personal targets set against monthly recurring revenues. You will be expected to deliver timely status reports and generate short and medium term action plans to deliver KPIs and achieve sales targets.
The organisation is global business and both your inbound and outbound sales activity will need to be organised around US and European time zones.
You will have the opportunity to contribute your experience and ideas to team projects, to develop and refine their sales process, sales and account plans and work together with marketing to build and deliver communications and lead generation campaigns.

You will be able to demonstrate consistent success in an Inside Sales role in a target driven SaaS technology business and talk confidently about what motivates you to continue that success.
You will already be working with a current, active, senior industry contact base relevant to the specific account or territory.
You will very likely have at least 3+ years of sales quota over achievement. Generating monthly recurring revenues by pro-actively identifying, nurturing and closing qualified new business sales campaigns.
Over that time, you will have developed…
- An understanding of Internet API technologies and how SaaS applications are built;
- A professional approach to selling, ideally based on a recognised sales methodology;
- An interest and domain knowledge of one or more SaaS sectors.
The company will support a predominantly remote, office based or a hybrid working model. They do really value face to face time and, under normal circumstances, encourage teams to spend regular time together either at their Head office, or other suitable location.
They work hard but insist that everyone considers the balance between this alongside their life and responsibilities outside of work.
